It is possible to send us your artwork through the email by sending us a message to: Artwork and attaching the graphic file.
Transfer quality depends on the quality of the picture or artwork. The same is true for conversion to embroidery format. Higher resolution pictures work best, but ".bmp" files, etc., can become quite large in size and take a great deal of time to send and receive. It also helps in most cases to send the graphics at a size close to the size desired on the transfer or embroidery. If it is possible, compressing the files into ".gif or .jpg" format can shrink the file size considerably. We do a great deal of our work with CorelDraw and CorelPaint, so if your graphic is already in that format, and the size is reasonable, by all means send it.
We can scan in pictures, but we can't guarantee against loss in the mail. We will return the pictures sent to us, but if it has value to you, please make a copy of the picture, and send the copy. We can do some repair on old pictures, but artwork charges will apply, and we cannot repair extensive damages.
In most cases, the following file formats should work for your picture or artwork:
