Soon, You can order stock items on-line by clicking on the "Buy Now" button beside items available in the store. Until then, you can place your order by email or phone. Items requiring custom layout instructions will have to be ordered over the phone or through email.
By clicking on the "Buy Now" button, you will be routed to our on-line store. You can add items to a basket and continue shopping, or go to check out. After filling out shipping and billing information, you will "continue" on to a secure connection to enter your credit card number and expiration. The billing address must match the credit card billing information to clear the "Address Verification System". We accept MasterCard and Visa.
For pricing information, please click on [Your Design] . Do not enter your credit card number unless your browser shows the connection to be secure. (https: and locked pad lock) Your order is not committed until you "Submit" your credit card number and expiration date for approval. After that, you may contact us prior to any custom modifications to cancel the order. Your credit card is not actually charged until the item is ready to ship.
It is necessary for you to enter your correct email address on the order form. That address will be used to send you a copy of the order. Your credit card number is secured and not sent to you in the email. We will also use this email address for questions concerning the order. Your address is not used for solicitations, and is not sold or given to anyone else.
Please verify the information on the return email. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please notify us. If you move before receiving the item ordered, please notify us as soon as possible of your new address, by referring to the order number.
We can take your orders and credit cards over the phone if you would prefer. We can also accept Money orders or personal checks by mail, but personal checks will have to clear the bank prior to modifying the ordered items. This can cause a delay of up to an additional 10 days in shipping the item.
